Jonathan has been a CrossFit Coach and Functional Movement Therapist for 4 years.
He loves having the opportunity to teach, connect and inspire others in many areas, ranging from general athleticism to rebuilding spinal health and quality of life.
Alongside his role at FMTC, Jonathan is currently completing his third of four year Psychology Degree, with the goal to progress to a Masters in Psychology majoring in Exercise and Health.
Jonathan’s main driver for individual and career development is to make an impact in health promotion and wellbeing through exercise, nutrition behaviours, stress, sleep and our social environment.
Jonathan believes that the choices we make everyday largely contribute to our quality of life.
